The SG Group AB was founded in 2020 by four business partners who believe that combining their talents could bring some great new bars and restaurants to Stockholm. Whilst we all work hard to make the business what it is today and will be tomorrow, we also acknowledge and celebrate the hard work of all our team members. Without these loyal and hardworking folk we would still be dreaming of what this business could be.

Tim has built successful businesses in 3 different European countries over a career stretching more than 20 years. He is the master of our front of house model and the creator of our staff driven approach to exceptional service and guest experience.
Martin Dixon
Martin brings a touch of the corporate world to our operations, and guides the business as it grows ever bigger. He believes that the SG Group have created a special recipe for success and it is his role to help that recipe scale up to create a bigger more valuable business.
Jan Trotter
Jan is the finance chief and company secretary who keeps our feet on the ground as the business grows. Born and bred in Stockholm, he also guides his business partners through the intricacies of Swedish business culture. Thanks to him our investors remain informed at all times.
Morre Varli
Morre is our executive chef and head of kitchen operations, a man who has run kitchens of all types and who has a rare gift for both culinary innovation and mimicry. He is a master of taking any food style and concept and creating the kitchen teams necessary to bring it to life.
